Addison Group is partnering with a well-established mortgage/financial services organization to hire a Call Center Associate in Oklahoma City, OK. You will handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls, assist customers with account questions, and provide accurate information in a professional, friendly manner.

This full-time role includes comprehensive training, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and a stable schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls regarding account questions and service requests.
• Assist with payment inquiries, account updates, document requests, escrow-related questions, and other mortgage servicing matters.
• Research customer concerns and provide timely, accurate resolutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism, empathy, and patience.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and account activity.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for further review.
• Meet established quality, productivity, and customer service expectations.
• Utilize multiple systems and resources to efficiently support customer needs.
