Job summary

A&D Mortgage LLC in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Mortgage Sales Trainer to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for our mortgage sales team. You will ensure product knowledge, sales techniques, regulatory compliance, and customer service excellence drive sales performance and client satisfaction.

The role involves creating materials, evaluating training impact, mentoring staff, and staying up-to-date with industry regulations.

Qualifications

Minimum proven mortgage sales or training experience.
Strong knowledge of mortgage products, loan processes, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience designing and implementing training programs; coaching/m mentoring desirable.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver engaging training sessions on mortgage products, sales techniques, market trends, compliance, and customer service.
Assess training needs and identify skill gaps within the sales team.
Create training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules tailored to different experience levels.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with sales managers and leadership to align training with business goals and sales targets.
Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales staff to improve their sales techniques and product knowledge.
Stay current with industry regulations, mortgage products, and sales best practices.
Facilitate onboarding and continuous development programs for new and existing mortgage sales representatives.
Lead group workshops, role-playing exercises, and one-on-one coaching sessions. Track and report on training outcomes and progress.
