Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years mortgage banking experience required.
• Three years previous supervisor experience required.
• Knowledge of compliance responsibilities.
• Ability to learn the credit culture of Republic Bank.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and train a team of at least 6 MLOs.
• Develop and implement growth plans and strategies.
• Manage the pipeline for the team of MLOs.
• Attend mortgage meetings and training.
