Responsibilities

Oversee mortgage loan officer team and pipeline progression.
Set production goals and ensure monthly/annual origination targets are met.
Mentor, train and recruit mortgage staff; prepare new loan officers.
Maintain compliance with NFIP, Reg B/C/X, RESPA, TIL and related regs.
Develop relationships with real estate professionals to generate leads.
Communicate application status and rate information to members throughout process.
