Primary Residential Mortgage is seeking a Regional Vice President / Producing Manager who will lead a high-performing loan production team while staying active in origination. The role focuses on leadership without operational drag and includes mentorship, coaching, and talent development across the sales side.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in retail mortgage origination with strong leadership, recruitment, and compliance experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination, including principal lending management responsibilities.
• Proven ability to recruit, hire, train, lead, and motivate branch personnel.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage compliance and fair lending laws and regulations.
• Experience managing and maintaining a network of referral partners.
• Familiarity with accounting concepts (debits, credits, ledgers).

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front through production and example while scaling the team.
• Provide mentorship and group coaching on a regular basis.
• Help recruit and develop top talent on the sales side.
• Drive culture, accountability, and performance across the division.
