Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail mortgage origination experience.
• Proven ability to recruit, hire, train, and motivate branch personnel.
• Extensive experience managing referral partner networks.
• Compliance with mortgage and fair lending laws.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Leadership driven by sales performance and team development.
• Familiarity with accounting terms (debits, credits, general ledgers).
