• At least 2 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Experience with New York mortgage foreclosure law and practice.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to appear in court and communicate with opposing counsel and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of mortgage foreclosure and related litigation.
• Analyze loan files, title reports, and client documents.
• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and settlement agreements.
• Appear in state and federal court for conferences and hearings.
• Negotiate settlements and advise clients and partners.
