You will manage QC staff, ensure compliance with FNMA/FHLMC/FHA/VA/USDA guidelines, and partner with Compliance to monitor risk. This role emphasizes training, scorecards, and process improvement within a fast-growing advisory practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years Mortgage Credit Underwriting or Post-Closing QC auditing experience.
• 5 years management experience.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; ability to develop spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Control function for mortgage regulatory standards (FNMA, FHLMC, FHA/VA, USDA).
• Perform and review Pre- and Post-Close reviews and related quality control activities.
• Develop auditor training programs and scorecards; manage QC staff.
• Coordinate with QC and Compliance teams to ensure quality standards are met.
• Prioritize workloads, meet deadlines, and drive process improvements.
