Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must have 5 years Mortgage Credit Underwriting or Post-Closing QC auditor experience.
• Must have 5 years' Management experience.
• Proficient PC skills in MS Office; ability to develop spreadsheets and documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage and train quality control staff.
• Support pre-funding and post-closing QC and due diligence functions.
• Develop and manage QA reviews for all auditors.
• Recommend quality improvements based on findings and scorecards.
• Prioritize tasks, assign work, and meet deadlines.
• Monitor regulatory changes and keep staff informed.
• Ensure confidential information security and data privacy.
• Review high volumes of loan activity with accuracy and detail.
• Serve as SME to internal/external staff and clients on underwriting and compliance.
• Propose new processes and procedures to improve quality control.
