Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years Mortgage Credit Underwriting or Post-Closing QC auditor experience.
• 5 years' management experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Quality Control Auditors and the QC output.
• Oversee pre-funding and post-closing QC and due diligence functions.
• Develop QA reviews for auditors and scorecards.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
