Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years Mortgage Credit Underwriting or Post-Closing QC auditor experience.
• 5 years' Management experience.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and train quality control staff, including auditors.
• Oversee pre-funding and post-closing QC and due diligence.
• Develop quality assurance reviews for all auditors.
• Recommend improvements based on findings and scorecards.
• Set priorities, assignments, deadlines, and project plans.
• Monitor regulatory changes and keep staff informed.
• Ensure confidential information is secure.
• Provide SME guidance on underwriting and credit risk.
