Job summary

You will monitor GSE, regulator, and investor requirements, support audits, review mergers, and assist in QC testing and due diligence for mortgage and consumer loans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field preferred with 3+ years mortgage processing or lending experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Excel and data analysis; ability to interpret loan-level data.

Responsibilities

• Manage the document custody program across multiple custodians and complete audits.
• Ensure collateral files include executed Note, Deed of Trust, and Final Title Policy.
• Certify endorsements and monitor GSE and regulatory requirements.
• Support audits, due diligence, and monthly loan repurchases as needed.
• Identify deficiencies and escalate risks to protect liquidity and compliance.
