Qualifications

5+ years of QA/software testing experience.
3+ years in mortgage technology.
Experience leading QA efforts or mentoring team members.
Strong manual and automated testing background.
Experience writing automated test scripts.
Familiar with Agile / Scrum environments.
Comfortable working across multiple systems and environments.

Responsibilities

Stay hands-on with manual and automated testing across software releases.
Lead and support QA Analysts through test planning, execution, peer reviews, and mentoring.
Create and execute test plans, regression testing, and complex test scenarios.
Design and maintain automated test scripts and integrate them into the CI/CD pipeline.
Execute tests, document results, and track defects through resolution.
Identify quality risks early and recommend mitigation strategies.
Partner closely with development, product, and UAT teams to ensure high-quality releases.
Help evolve QA processes, standards, and best practices across the team.
