Job summary

Newrez in Seattle seeks a Production Sales Manager to drive strategic initiatives, sales development, and leadership of retail production across multiple offices. You will oversee recruiting and development of Loan Consultants and align with corporate targets.

You will identify market opportunities, build business plans, and ensure strong customer service, loan quality, and profitability. Strong leadership and mortgage knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or equivalent; related discipline preferred.
• Experience as a Producing Loan Consultant is required.
• Management experience with Producing Loan Consultants preferred.
• Local market knowledge including competitors and opportunities.
• Targeted recruiting experience with at least some hires.
• Mortgage industry knowledge and regulatory awareness preferred.
• Strong managerial, organizational and problem solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, recruitment aptitude and ability to motivate others.
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Identify market opportunities and hires/develops retail Loan Consultants.
• Identify new business opportunities to meet office goals.
• Develop/execute market strategy to increase retail volume, market share and profitability.
• Support production offices with 1-year business plans and track progress.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure service, loan quality and targets are met.
• Implement company policy and procedures and provide regular performance reviews.
• Provide reporting on retail performance to the Production Manager.
• Maintain personal loan volume at or above targets.
• Maintain recruiting database and promote the Caliber Brand in the geography.
