Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a Mortgage Production Manager in the Atlanta area to supervise production within a mortgage banking branch and drive individual sales production. The role requires developing new origination sources, managing staff workflow, and reporting branch performance to senior management.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of mortgage lending or related experience, with some management background preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Five (5) years of mortgage lending, real estate, retail sales or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops existing and cultivates new origination sources for one or more mortgage products.
• Manages the staff's workflow and assigns prospective loan requests.
• Monitors and manages branch performance and reports findings to Senior Management.
• Makes sales calls on potential or existing customers to develop new business or retain existing business.
• Prepares files for underwriting, loan committee, private mortgage insurance company and investors including loan approvals.
