Qualifications

• Set up new loan files and assist with initial disclosures.
• Order and follow up on employment verifications (VOEs).
• Order and track title, appraisal and homeowners insurance.
• Handle inbound calls for our Loan Processors.
• Retrieve, organize and save loan documents for NYS DFS compliance purposes.
• Maintain accurate notes, tasks and status updates.

Responsibilities

• Set up new loan files and assist with initial disclosures
• Order and follow up on VOEs
• Order and track title, appraisal and homeowners insurance
• Handle inbound calls for our Loan Processors
• Assist borrowers with retrieving and submitting required documents
• Retrieve, download, properly name, organize and save loan documents for NYS DFS compliance purposes
• Follow up with borrowers, employers and third parties for outstanding items
• Upload and organize documents in our loan systems
• Maintain accurate notes, tasks and status updates
• Jump in and help the team wherever operational support is needed
