CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC in Hendersonville, TN is seeking a Loan Officer Assistant to support loan officers in daily duties, help increase loan production, and ensure a positive customer experience leading to timely closings.

Responsibilities include reviewing mortgage applications and documents, delivering disclosures, assisting with rate packages, coordinating with title companies, and maintaining file accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of mortgage-related experience including customer contact.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.
• Excellent prioritization and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing mortgage loan applications and documentation via phone and computer tasks.
• Review disclosure packages and deliver to borrowers; create rate and re-disclosures.
• Review loan files, highlight deficiencies, and notify loan officers or processors.
• Clarify/correct information and obtain additional details as needed by phone or email.
• Provide general clerical and phone support to loan officers/ processors.
• Support management across lending and processing stages as needed.
• Help manage a pipeline of conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, 203K and reverse mortgage loans.
• Deliver appraisals/valuations to borrowers and track receipt of documentation.
• Coordinate with Title Company and customers to schedule timely closings.
