Job summary

Truliant Federal Credit Union is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer Producing Team Manager to lead a team of mortgage professionals while growing your own lending portfolio.

You will blend hands-on production with sales leadership, build referral networks, and ensure service excellence from application through closing, all while maintaining regulatory compliance and a member-first approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in mortgage lending with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to build referral networks and meet production goals.
• Strong knowledge of residential mortgage products and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Mortgage Loan Officers to achieve production goals.
• Build and maintain referral partnerships with real estate professionals and community partners.
• Originate residential loans while guiding members through the lending process and ensuring compliance.
