Job summary

CoVantage Credit Union is seeking a talented Mortgage Processing Manager to lead our Mortgage Processing team in Wisconsin. You will oversee daily processing and servicing activities, ensuring quality service for members and collaborating with management on process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in mortgage processing or related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows software.
• Ability to train staff and lead education.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all daily functions related to mortgage processing and servicing, providing leadership to Mortgage Processing staff.
• Collaborate with mortgage management to identify and implement process improvements.
• Ensure Mortgage Loan Processors have the skills, knowledge, and tools for quality service.
• Act as primary trainer for new staff and lead ongoing education for processors.
• Balance individual productivity with team and service goals.
