Responsibilities

• Review loan applications to confirm receipt of the borrowers' Intent to Proceed before ordering third‑party services.
• Ensure loan files meet initial requirements and are ready for service orders per compliance guidelines.
• Process mortgage applications fees and refunds accurately and timely.
• Order and manage third‑party services for mortgage applications (appraisals, condo reviews, title reports).
• Monitor the status of orders and follow up with vendors and internal staff to ensure timely completion.
• Verify appraisal copies are delivered within regulatory timeframes and compliant.
