Qualifications

• Five years of experience in the mortgage servicing field or accounting is preferred.
• Experience in Conventional, FHA, and VA home loans is preferred.
• Must possess an NMLS License.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mortgage-related software and ensure compliance.
• Maintain escrow records and process mortgage payments.
• Provide quality control pre-audit on all closed home loans.
