Job summary

SERVION INC is seeking a versatile Business Systems Administrator to manage the Encompass mortgage platform for loan origination. The role covers configuration, customization, and integration, ensuring regulatory adherence with TRID, RESPA, and GDPR.

You will train users and provide ongoing support while collaborating with IT and compliance teams. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field, experience as a platform administrator, and knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, Apex,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a platform administrator or similar role.
• Encompass Administrator certification(s) such as EAC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Encompass mortgage platform, including user access, permissions, and security profiles.
• Configure system settings, workflow templates, and business rules; coordinate updates with IT and vendor support.
• Develop and maintain custom forms, templates, and reports; analyze business processes for enhancements.
