Job summary

Workers Credit Union in Littleton, MA seeks a Lending System Admin to own the Loan Origination System (Encompass) and ensure performance, reliability, and regulatory compliance. You will lead upgrades, integrations, and documentation, while partnering with Mortgage Production leadership.

This role involves testing releases, auditing access, reporting to Credit Committee, and training staff. A strong background in LOS, TRID/RESPA, and vendor coordination is required, with a commitment to security

Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage lending or mortgage systems administration (5–7 years).
• Strong knowledge of LOS platforms, TRID, RESPA, HMDA.
• Ability to configure, test, troubleshoot, and report on mortgage systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead LOS administration, system upgrades, integrations, and reporting.
• Audit system access and manage user permissions per policy.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and vendor documentation.
• Prepare monthly reports for committees and leadership.
• Support training and documentation for staff.
