Job summary

Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation is seeking experienced Mortgage Loan Originators to join a nationwide team. You will originate residential loans, build pipelines, educate borrowers, and partner with processing, underwriting, and closing to ensure smooth transactions.

You’ll develop business through real estate professionals and referrals, manage multiple priorities, and stay compliant with SAFE Act and licensing requirements. A strong customer-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA programs.
• Understanding of mortgage lending processes and compliance requirements.
• Experience building and maintaining referral relationships.

Responsibilities

• Originate residential mortgage loans and discuss loan options.
• Build and maintain a pipeline while meeting production targets.
• Partner with processing, underwriting, and closing teams for smooth transactions.
• Develop business development and marketing strategies for growth.
