Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Mortgage Sales Supervisor to lead a small team of Mortgage Loan Originators.

You will supervise day-to-day loan origination activities, ensure timely collection of documents for processing, underwriting, and closing, and establish referral sources with real estate brokers, builders, and other external partners. You will interview and recruit talent, provide coaching, and collaborate with internal lines to grow customer relationships and cross-sell products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of mortgage sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day loan origination activities for a small team of Mortgage Loan Originators.
• Secure documents for processing, underwriting and closing in a timely manner.
• Establish referral source relationships with real estate brokers, builders and other external sources.
• Interview and recruit new talent and develop current staff.
