The Mortgage Office, a leading loan management platform, seeks an Implementations Specialist (Mortgage/Lending tech) to own onboarding and configuration for clients deploying TMO's loan origination module. You will translate lending workflows into tailored configurations and guide users through training and adoption.

Ideal candidates have hands-on lending tech experience, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with sales, product, and support to deliver a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

Experience in mortgage lending software implementation workflows (origination, processing, underwriting, closing).
Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end onboarding for loan origination clients and configure system workflows.
Document and disclosure workflow configuration and client training.
Coordinate timelines with professional services and data teams to keep onboarding on track.
Support integration with third-party services and data imports.
