Job summary

United Community is seeking a Mortgage Technology Manager to own the end-to-end LOS platform, shaping vision, roadmap, and delivery. You will partner with operations, underwriting, and compliance to implement scalable mortgage technology solutions, automate workflows, and strengthen regulatory alignment.

The role requires leadership across cross-functional teams, managing backlog, evaluating third-party solutions, and driving continuous improvement while ensuring security and governance

Qualifications

• 10+ years in mortgage industry and lifecycle of a loan.
• Strong knowledge of Encompass ecosystem and related tools.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and own LOS product roadmap, backlog, and design.
• Lead governance, strategy, and optimization of mortgage technology platforms.
• Collaborate with operations, compliance, and technology to meet regulatory requirements.
• Manage integrations with POS, AUS, pricing engines, and vendor systems.
• Oversee system enhancement lifecycle, UAT, and production readiness.
