PennyMac Corp. is seeking a Core Non-Default Specialist in Moorpark, CA. The role focuses on timely processing, disbursements, escrow analysis, ARM adjustments, and regulatory/vendor requirements, handling internal escalations as needed.

The ideal candidate has an Associate’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years of relevant experience, and strong math and MS Office proficiency, with mortgage industry exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Must have strong business mathematical skills.
• Financial Services and mortgage industry experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Process functions in accordance with SLA.
• Research and analyze consumer accounts to respond to inquiries.
• Drive results within defined processes to resolve complex requests.
• Assist with creation of policies and procedures and compliance.
• Perform other related duties as required.
