Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a senior leader to plan, organize, and direct the Mortgage Department's activities in our Texas-based operations. The role focuses on driving performance, improving efficiency, and ensuring compliance and quality across mortgage lending processes.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in mortgage lending with supervisory experience, strong leadership, project management, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field or an equivalent combination of formal training and experience.
• Thorough knowledge of Credit Union mortgage products and applicable policies and standards.
• Experience in mortgage lending and supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Provides active leadership and operational oversight for the Mortgage Department.
• Develops and implements Mortgage Department policies and planning.
• Ensures efficient completion of mortgage functions and compliance with regulations.
• Drives performance, service quality, and continuous improvement across the department.
• Maintains professional relations with members, vendors, and management.
