The successful candidate will ensure compliance with policies, manage teams, and coordinate new products. A bachelor's degree and five years of underwriting experience are required, along with strong leadership and knowledge of mortgage products. This position offers a competitive salary range of $91,480.48 to $123,541.50 USD.

Formación

• At least five years’ underwriting experience with mortgage lending.
• Three or more years in a managerial/supervisory role in mortgage underwriting.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily operational flow of the Mortgage Underwriting and Processing staff.
• Ensure compliance with lending policies and procedures.
• Assist in the roll out of new loan programs.
