As a Mortgage Modification Specialist (1099 Independent Contractor) you will be meeting face to face with homeowners that are delinquent on their mortgage and facing foreclosure (received NOD) or imminent default (no lates, but struggling to make their payments). Your responsibility will be to fully explain how the American Home Saver-Mortgage Assistance Program can help them save their home and get back on their feet. You will collect all documentation required to complete the Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP) paystubs, mortgage statement, bank statement, and W-2. We will provide you with a minimum of 5 pre-qualified leads per week, however you are allowed to share our services with anyone that may be in need. There are no territory restrictions.

Qualifications

We are seeking individuals in the Clark County area with a background in Home Loan Preservation to work as an independent contractor with our company. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year’s experience working in Home Preservation or Loss Mitigation with customer interaction. Must have a high school diploma or GED. Pass a criminal background check, have dependable transportation with proof of current liability insurance, access to a computer and an active smart/android cellular phone.
