Job summary

Lending Hand Mortgage is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support loan officers, branch partners, and corporate growth. You will execute campaigns, craft content, manage social media, coordinate events, and assist with lead generation to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.

You will design assets in Canva, develop video content for branding, maintain brand consistency, and collaborate on recruiting and referral partner marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience.
• Advanced Canva experience for professional materials.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and content creation.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create, implement, and monitor email, SMS, and social media campaigns.
• Develop lead generation, client retention, and referral partner strategies.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives for loan officers and branches.
• Track campaign performance and suggest improvements.
