Job summary

You will design assets in Canva, develop video content for branding, maintain brand consistency, and collaborate on recruiting and referral partner marketing.

Qualifications

• Advanced Canva experience for professional materials.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and content creation.

Position Summary

Lending Hand Mortgage is seeking a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support our loan officers, branch partners, and corporate growth initiatives. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, creating compelling content, managing social media presence, coordinating events, supporting recruiting initiatives, and assisting with lead generation efforts. This role plays a key part in enhancing brand awareness, supporting business development, and driving customer engagement throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Campaign Management

• Create, implement, and monitor email, SMS, and social media marketing campaigns.
• Assist in developing lead generation, client retention, and referral partner marketing strategies.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives supporting mortgage loan officers and branch locations.
• Track campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Support recruiting campaigns targeted toward mortgage professionals.

Content Creation & Branding

• Design visually appealing marketing assets in Canva, including social media graphics, presentations, flyers, postcards, email templates, event materials, and marketing collateral.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and recruiting initiatives.
• Assist in developing video content for loan officer branding, client education, and company promotion.
• Maintain consistent company branding standards across all communication channels.
• Develop marketing materials for Realtors, builders, referral partners, and internal teams.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Manage company social media accounts and posting schedules.
• Monitor engagement metrics and respond to inquiries as appropriate.
• Assist with paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google.
• Support website updates, landing pages, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Stay current on marketing trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies.

Loan Officer Marketing Support

• Collaborate with loan officers to develop personal branding and marketing strategies.
• Customize marketing campaigns and materials for individual originators.
• Assist with co-branded Realtor marketing initiatives and referral partner outreach.
• Support branch growth through marketing and recruiting efforts.

Event Planning & Community Engagement

• Coordinate company-sponsored events, educational seminars, CE classes, webinars, and networking opportunities.
• Manage event promotions, registrations, and follow-up communications.
• Assist with community outreach and partnership initiatives that strengthen the Lending Hand Mortgage brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience.
• Advanced Canva experience is required, including the ability to independently create professional-quality marketing materials, social media graphics, presentations, email campaigns, flyers, and branded collateral.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and content creation.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Mortgage, real estate, financial services, or related industry experience.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign management.
• Adobe Creative Suite experience (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
• Video editing and content creation experience.
• Knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools and workflow automation.
• Experience managing social media advertising campaigns.
