Job summary

Republic Bank is seeking a Mortgage Marketing Manager to lead all marketing for mortgage products and services, partnering with Mortgage Loan Officers to guide and support marketing needs. The role sits on the Marketing team but is dedicated to the Mortgage business unit, driving content, events and campaigns.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. and have strong experience in social media, digital storytelling, and compliance-aware marketing for mortgages.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years marketing experience with emphasis on social media and digital marketing required.
• Minimum of 2 years mortgage, real estate or mortgage-adjacent industry experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience creating content briefs and content for social channels required.
• Demonstrable skills in digital storytelling for brands and organizations appropriately for each social media platform's community required.
• Excellent project management skills, including managing and maintaining content calendars, scheduling social media activity, and coordinating content creation required.

Responsibilities

• Own ideation, calendarization and content creation for Mortgage social channels and SocialCoach.
• Manage Mortgage email strategy and drive the process through CRM tools.
• Maintain PowerPoint and presentation templates for Mortgage initiatives.
• Manage and create flyers as needed.
• Partner with MLOs on events, including supporting cost analysis and routing materials.
