Republic Bank is seeking a Mortgage Marketing Manager to lead all marketing for mortgage products and services, partnering with Mortgage Loan Officers to guide and support marketing needs. The role sits on the Marketing team but is dedicated to the Mortgage business unit, driving content, events and campaigns.

POSITION PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The Mortgage Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing all marketing for Republic Bank Mortgage products and services. In addition to managing marketing for the department overall, this role also partners closely with Mortgage Loan Officers (MLOs) to guide and support their individual marketing needs, including creating and managing various marketing materials, helping with events, and training department associates on relevant products, marketing tools and procedures. This role will sit on the Republic Bank Marketing team, though will be dedicated to the Mortgage business unit.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 5 years marketing experience with emphasis on social media and digital marketing required.
• Minimum of 2 years mortgage, real estate or mortgage-adjacent industry experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience creating content briefs and content for social channels required (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube etc).
• Demonstrable skills in digital storytelling for brands and organizations appropriately for each social media platform's community required.
• Excellent project management skills, including managing and maintaining content calendars, scheduling social media activity, and coordinating content creation required.
• Strong working knowledge of email marketing preferred.
• High level working knowledge of residential conventional/government mortgage processing, underwriting, and closing guidelines preferred.
• Excellent coaching and training skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Copilot required.
• Experience using social media management and monitoring software (e.g., Sprout Social, HubSpot, Social Coach etc.) required.
• Experience in graphic design and using graphic design software (ie Canva) required.
• Experience using CRM software (ie Salesforce Marketing Cloud) preferred.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Marketing Strategy, Content and Campaign Management
  • Own ideation, calendarization and content creation for Mortgage social channels and SocialCoach, including but not limited to daily posts and monthly service anniversary and top producer posts.
  • Manage Mortgage email strategy and drive the process, including submitting emails via internal Marketing/Compliance project management tool and scheduling emails to various audiences through Republic Bank's CRM.
  • Maintain PowerPoint and presentation templates for various Mortgage initiatives.
  • Manage and create flyers as needed.
• Sales Enablement, Events and Associate Support
  • Partner with MLOs on events, including creating flyers, supporting cost analysis and routing materials through the project management tool.
  • Manage promotional items for Mortgage, including ideating, managing pricing to budget, ordering and distributing promotional items as needed.
  • Ensure efficient distribution of all marketing materials to loan officers, existing clients and prospects, as relevant.
  • Ensure mortgage associates are properly trained in the use of social media to generate business leads.
  • Support newly hired loan officers through proper social media onboarding and training.
• Compliance, Governance and Regulatory Partnership
  • Work with Mortgage Compliance to expand Republic Bank Mortgage's social media presence by exploring compliant videos, flyers and new ideas for sales call marketing or blitzes to drive brand awareness in footprint areas through social media.
  • Work with internal departments to ensure all marketing materials abide by mortgage compliance regulations and ladder up to Republic Bank brand.
  • Attend mortgage compliance committee meetings and make recommendations for updates and changes.
• Market Development and Mortgage Initiative Support
  • Market mortgage products to communities served, including realtors, builders, title companies and other third parties.
  • Strategically identify and activate mortgage growth opportunities by monitoring relevant market trends and actively scouting broader internal Bank adjacencies.
  • Attend and participate in all mortgage lender meetings and trainings, as required; participate in relevant mortgage marketing conferences or seminars.
  • Act as a change champion by advocating for mortgage initiatives.

• Maintain a working knowledge of compliance requirements affecting your position and area of responsibilities and actively learn new regulations and assist in the implementation, if required.
