CIS Home Loans is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to establish contact with borrowers, investors and attorneys to resolve at‑risk mortgages. The role emphasizes timely communication and accurate loss mitigation activities.

You will process loss mitigation packages, track payments, coordinate with departments, and maintain professional relationships while adhering to guidelines and contributing to departmental efficiency.

• Computer Proficient in MS Office.

Mansioni

• Establish contact and communicate with borrowers, investors and attorneys to resolve at-risk mortgages.
• Process loss mitigation packages to minimize loss due to foreclosure.
• Create and update loss mitigation reports to ensure timely progression of cases.
• Track payments and progress of loss mitigation participants.
• Communicate professionally with borrowers, attorneys, and CIS employees.
• Stay up to date on guidelines to ensure proper loss mitigation steps are followed.
• Work with accounting to review and approve payments during loss mitigation.
• Assist loan counselors with questions as borrowers are assisted through loss mitigation.
• Interact with management and CIS personnel to improve procedures and efficiencies.
