Responsibilities include processing loan docs, assisting with renewals and draws, coordinating with support teams, and maintaining accurate records while providing proactive customer support in commercial and agricultural

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of loan and/or loan processing experience.
• Minimum three to five years of banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process loan documentation from application to closing.
• Support lenders and other banking teams as needed.
• Assist borrowers with renewals, draws, and payments in commercial and agricultural lending.
• Identify and cross-sell bank products and services while maintaining excellent customer service.
