Job summary

National Bank of Commerce in Superior, WI is seeking a Mortgage Loan Servicer to provide accurate servicing and post-closing support for the mortgage portfolio. You will maintain loan records, process payments and servicing transactions, and manage escrow accounts, insurance, taxes, PMI, and flood requirements.

You’ll research discrepancies, monitor loans through stages, compile reports, and assist with regulatory filings while upholding NBC’s standards of accuracy, accountability, and customer

The Mortgage Loan Servicer is responsible for providing accurate and timely servicing and post-closing support for NBC’s mortgage loan portfolio by maintaining loan records, processing payments and servicing transactions, managing escrow accounts, insurance, taxes, PMI, and flood insurance requirements, and ensuring the integrity of loan data throughout the loan lifecycle. This role researches and resolves account discrepancies, monitors loans in various stages, prepares and reviews a variety of operational and regulatory reports, supports investor and credit bureau reporting, performs account reconciliations and audits, and assists with HMDA reporting and adverse action file maintenance. The Mortgage Loan Servicer plays a key role in mitigating operational and reputational risk by ensuring compliance with Bank policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations while maintaining a strong commitment to accuracy, accountability, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field and/or two years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.59 to $30.00 per hour, contingent on relevant skills, training, experience, education and other job-related factors permitted by law.
