Job summary

National Bank of Commerce is seeking a Mortgage Loan Servicer to provide accurate and timely servicing and post-closing support for its mortgage portfolio. You will maintain loan records, process payments, and manage escrow accounts, taxes, insurance and related requirements across Wisconsin.

The role involves resolving discrepancies, computing metrics, and ensuring data integrity through the loan lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely servicing and post-closing support for NBC’s mortgage loan portfolio.
• Maintain loan records, process payments and servicing transactions.
• Manage escrow accounts, insurance, taxes, PMI and flood insurance requirements.
• Ensure integrity of loan data throughout the loan lifecycle.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies and monitor loans in various stages.
• Prepare and review operational and regulatory reports; support investor and credit bureau reporting.
• Perform account reconciliations and audits; assist with HMDA reporting and adverse action file maintenance.

This role researches and resolves account discrepancies, monitors loans in various stages, prepares and reviews a variety of operational and regulatory reports, supports investor and credit bureau reporting, performs account reconciliations and audits, and assists with HMDA reporting and adverse action file maintenance.
