Lake Area Mortgage, a division of Royal Credit Union, seeks a Mortgage Loan Production Assistant to support loan origination and processing of residential mortgages. You’ll prepare packages and docs and ensure compliance with guidelines; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• One year of related experience in a financial institution or similar role preferred.
• Bondable upon hire and valid driver’s license required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred to support diverse Members.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lake Area Mortgage Loan Officers in origination and processing of residential mortgage loans.
• Prepare loan application packages and necessary documentation per guidelines.
• Convey credit extension policies per Credit Union and investor guidelines.
• Meet scheduling and documentation requirements set by sales leadership.
