Qualificações

• Experience in mortgage processing, loan operations, or a related financial role.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, lending regulations, and underwriting guidelines (FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional).
• Proficiency with loan origination systems (LOS) and standard office software.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
