Job summary
Oregon State Credit Union is seeking a Mortgage Loan Processor II to guide real estate loans from application to funding. You’ll work closely with members, loan officers, underwriters, and partners to ensure accurate, efficient lending processes.
You will obtain and review documents, track loans, and monitor pipelines while applying compliance guidelines. A High school diploma or GED and 2+ years in real estate lending are preferred.
Qualifications
- Ability to process and track mortgage loan applications, review documentation, prepare files for underwriting, and ensure compliance with guidelines.
- Strong written and verbal communication with members, loan officers, underwriters, and external partners.
- Excellent time management, analytical thinking, and problem solving to move transactions toward closing.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, loan documentation systems, and real estate lending software with attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Process and track mortgage loan applications and review supporting documentation.
- Prepare complete loan files for underwriting review.
- Monitor loan pipelines and ensure timely closings and funding.
- Make Home Equity Loan and HELOC decisions within established limits.
