Responsibilities

• Assist members with their lending needs.
• Provide account information and process transactions.
• Handle loan applications, conduct interviews, and support decision making and disbursals.
• Engage in mortgage and consumer lending activities and assist members with credit counseling and budgeting.
• Manage lien/deed filing and releases, mortgage insurance, and cross-sell debt protection, GAP, MBP insurance.
• Match members’ needs with the appropriate credit union products and services.
