Job summary

CMG Home Loans in the United States seeks an experienced Loan Processor to manage and execute residential loan files from intake to underwriting. You will handle Conventional, FHA/VA, and Non-QM loans, ensure compliance, and deliver timely processing for clients and partners.

Responsibilities include reviewing income, assets, and credit documents, ordering appraisals, and maintaining a smooth pipeline while coordinating with loan officers, title companies, and closing teams.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of Retail loan processing experience.
• Ability to handle a pipeline of 50+ loans monthly.
• Experience processing Conventional, Government (FHA/VA) and Non-QM loans.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with high integrity and confidentiality.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process residential mortgage loans (Conventional, Purchase, FHA, VA, Non-QM and Refinance) in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze income, assets, and credit documents; order appraisals and title reports; verify information accuracy.
• Request, obtain and review required loan documentation; submit packages to Underwriting for approval.
• Maintain a timely and compliant loan pipeline; communicate with loan officers, buyers, sellers, title companies, and agents.
• Monitor closing dates and deadlines; prepare files for Closing Department; stay updated on policy changes.
