Responsibilities

• Inputs loan information into LOS and reviews DU findings, credit reports, and appraisals.
• Draws loan documents, opens title/escrow orders and coordinates closing.
• Coordinates funding and ensures files are ready for underwriting and delivery.
• Produces LE/CD within required time frames and handles disclosures for changes.
• Maintains communication with manager and loan agents on status and issues.
