Job summary

Vaco Recruiter Services is looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor in Woodbury, Minnesota. This role involves working closely with a Loan Originator and managing complex loan files to ensure efficiency from application to closing.

Qualifications

• Current experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor.
• Hands-on experience with Encompass (required).
• Strong understanding of current mortgage guidelines and underwriting processes.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate new loan files within 48 hours.
• Analyze income, assets, credit, and documentation within 24 hours.
• Prepare and submit complete loan packages to underwriting.
• Maintain an organized and accurate pipeline within Encompass.
