Qualifications

• Encompass software preferable.
• Knowledge of mortgage related requirements, procedures, and underwriting criteria.
• One to two years of related mortgage experience.

Responsibilities

• Reviews new loan applications.
• Orders appraisals, credit reports, and title reports; orders verifications of employment and reconciles financial data.
• Communicates status of loans to buyers, sellers, realtors, and title company representatives.
• Prepares files for closing and ensures third-party information is uploaded in Encompass.
