Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review borrower documentation, credit reports, income, and assets.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan process.

Compensation

This range is provided by United Mortgage Lending LLC. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Manage and process a pipeline of 30–50 mortgage loans, from submission to closing
• Review and validate borrower documentation, credit reports, income, and assets
• Ensure all loan files are complete, accurate, and compliant with lending and investor guidelines
• Clear underwriting conditions and maintain constant communication with loan officers and underwriters
• Prepare and review Loan Estimates (LEs), Closing Disclosures (CDs), and related documents
• Track file progress through LOS (Salesforce) and lender portals
• Provide top-tier customer service to borrowers throughout the loan process

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of mortgage loan processing experience (retail or broker; wholesale experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, and Jumbo loan products
• Proficiency with Salesforce and various lender portals (UWM)
• Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline with strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Required experience with UWM
