Midwest Heritage Bank is seeking a Mortgage Loan Processor in the Banking department. The role handles processing of real estate mortgage loans in line with secondary market and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include collecting credit packages, coordinating closings, and preparing underwriting materials for investors. A strong emphasis on accuracy and customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in mortgage experience.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize workload.
• Independent worker with stringent guidelines.
• Computer friendly skills required.

Responsabilités

• Obtains complete credit package, appraisal and title documentation.
• Assists loan officers with rate locks for secondary market real estate loans.
• Prepares underwriting packages to send to secondary market investors.
• Coordinates mortgage loan closings with branches and closer.
• Ensures that all closing conditions and requirements have been met.
• Ensures accurate printing of preliminary real estate loan documents.
• Provides processing support to loan officers.
• Performs other job-related duties and special projects as required.
