Job summary

The Dart Bank in Brighton, MI is seeking a Mortgage Loan Processor to join our on-site team. You will support Mortgage Bankers, manage loan pipelines, and ensure timely, compliant processing.

You will communicate with borrowers, realtors, title companies and builders, review documents in Encompass, and uphold bank policies while maintaining data integrity. This role offers on-site work with opportunities for training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Up to 6 months mortgage lending experience preferred; government lending exp optional.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist Mortgage Bankers with daily tasks
• Maintain loan pipeline and ensure timely flow through process
• Contact borrowers within 24 hours of file receipt
• Review loan documents and update Encompass as needed
• Follow company policies and avoid workarounds
• Communicate with buyers, realtors, title companies, and builders
• Ensure data integrity and timely disclosures
